m y ko is a project-based, interdisciplinary performance collective founded, curated, and directed by Myles Kercher, currently based in Boston. Rooted in dance, movement, performance, and artistic experimentation, we create original works and immersive artistic experiences that explore the range of performance and the physical and emotional landscapes of the human condition.

At the heart of our practice is the body as a site of inquiry and transformation, where personal and collective narratives converge. It is a vessel of memory, a repository of experience, and a living archive of everything we have encountered. It carries the echoes of our histories, relationships, identities, fears, desires, and our connection to one another and the world around us. Through collaboration, research, creation, and performance, m y ko explores the complexities of being human—the fragility, physicality, and resilience of the body, the spaces between isolation and connection, and the moments where individual experience becomes shared. Movement becomes a way of listening—to ourselves, to each other, and to the invisible threads that bind us together. Movement becomes a language, rooted in sensation, memory, emotion, and presence; it awakens curiosity, cultivates empathy, and illuminates the unseen connections that shape our shared human experience.

Our mission is to cultivate a space for performance, creation, artistic growth, exploration, and creative exchange for emerging and seasoned movement and performance artists in Boston and beyond.
